Company Founded
Reliability Systems Limited established in Kitwe by Chanza and Nathan, focusing on NDT services for the Copperbelt mining industry.
ISO Certification Pursuit
Initiated the process for ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification to further enhance service quality.
MSD Test Centre Approval
Received official approval from the Mines Safety Department as an authorized NDT test centre, a significant achievement for a young company.

Chanza
Co-Founder & Technical Director
Chanza co-founded Reliability Systems Limited with a vision to bring world-class NDT services to Zambia's mining industry. With over 15 years of experience in non-destructive testing, he has led numerous high-profile projects across Africa, including the landmark corrosion mapping program at Kinross-Tasiast Gold Mine in Mauritania. His technical expertise and commitment to quality have been instrumental in establishing RSL as a trusted partner for mining and industrial clients.
Nathan
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Nathan brings over 12 years of welding engineering expertise to RSL, with a focus on welder qualification, procedure development, and quality assurance. His hands-on approach to operations and deep understanding of client needs have helped RSL build lasting partnerships with major mining companies. Nathan oversees all operational aspects of the business and leads our welding advisory services division.
